The police in North Carolina are trying to get access to the medical records of EVERYONE in the state that has prescription pain meds. They want to do this for prevention purposes (aka FISHING EXPEDITION,) as opposed to a calculated specific professional investigation. Sit back and watch the lawsuits come flying in! This one will have me rooting for the ACLU... What do you think?
