Cato displays excellent examples here! Public officials, including the police, are and should be accountable. The biggest hindrance to constitutionally protected rights is the general public's lack of basic knowledge or awareness of them! Know your rights people! Always be respectful to police & public officials.. but do not allow for your rights to be arbitrarily and unconstitutionally revoked!!! People have fought wars and died for us to have these cherished rights.
